En Azua,-Continua critica la situación del hospital Taiwán de esta ciudad de Azua en donde los pacientes que tienen que ser ingresados en el segundo, tercero o cuarto nivel tienen que ser subidos cargados por varias personas, ya que hace tiempo el ascensor está fuera de funcionamiento.

A esta situación se le suma la constante denuncia que hacen los ciudadanos que acuden a este centro en busca de su salud, quienes explican que para poder sacarse una muela tienen que pagar 150 pesos, para coserle una herida tiene  que comprar el hilo y si le van a practicar una cesárea tienen que comprar el hilo y buscar la sangra.

Argumentan que lo mismo sucede con las personas que han sufrido una trombosis, quienes se ven en la obligación de comprar los medicamentos tales como la somazina, medicamento este que era suministrado anteriormente de manera gratuita a los pacientes que se encontraban ingresados en este centro asistencial

Es por esta razón que varios sectores de esta sociedad azuana, piden la intervención del superior gobierno y de las autoridades del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana para que intervengan cuanto antes ante esta situación.
